There are over six hundred wine producers in Napa Valley and over seven hundred labels; our inventory is vast and growing day by day. You will taste wine with the winemaker, the family, in a cave or from the barrel, even on the dining room table. You will be seeing the real Napa and meeting the real people with a passion for the wine they make.

At Cristal Blue Carriage, Wine Tours of Napa Valley are our only business, someone has to be ‘The Specialist’, and if you listen to our loyal guests, we are just that. We do not have the massive fleets of the others, but we are on a first name basis with all our guests, and most reserve their tour with us first, then make the airline and hotel arrangements. This personal relationship with our guests is why we will be staying small and intimate, we want to stay below the radar.
We, at Cristal Blue Carriage, are well into our third year under our own banner and provide the ultimate wine country touring experience. We practiced for a couple years with another transportation company in wine country; we are now proudly forging through our sixth year of wine tours here in Northern California. Our specialty is Boutique Wineries of Napa, with the occasional foray into Sonoma. In 2007 we relocated our entire operation to Napa to dedicate all our resources to our specialty, ‘Boutique Transport to Boutique Wineries’. Personalized and intimate tours to the hidden wine producers of Napa. Our relaxed and knowledgeable professional style has become our trademark in an industry that is somewhat lacking these attributes.
We prefer to plan the day, with your input of course, we want your day to be perfect. We will have a small discussion at time of booking, of your wine preferences, price point on wine and any lunch requirements, then plan your day. We know the logistics of the area, travel times, tasting time and how to avoid the traffic, we can get you effortlessly from winery to winery without you ever having to ask “Are we there yet?”
Our Carriages are Classic 1996 Lincoln Towncar Stretches; you will get a lot of stares, in brilliant metallic blue. They are very eye catching and are inclined to stop traffic. You will appreciate the comfort, space and their solid construction as we did in our selection process. This year, we will be taking our fleet green, not a change of color, but replacing the mechanicals with Eco- friendly equipment, it is a part of our obligation to this little piece of paradise in which we live. As we see it, we have recycled the old and put them firmly in the lead with this cutting edge technology. At the same time, we’re giving back to the world we live in.
We want to introduce you to the wines that are usually reserved for us locals, you can take home bragging rights, with that exquisite wine that none of your friends have ever heard of, nor had a chance to taste. That alone could make your whole trip when you tell them you got it from the winemaker himself. We can make that happen.
Our clientele is predominantly yearly or twice yearly visitors whom have a main objective, to replenish their depleted cellars, and the referrals of our clients are a welcome surprise for us.
